# KuyaPH

> KuyaPH is local-first bookkeeping software for Philippine small businesses. It helps users track transactions and cash, prepare SEC GIS information, produce financial-statement drafts, calculate BIR working figures, sync selected records with Google Sheets, and extract draft data from invoice images.

KuyaPH is currently in beta and all beta features are free while billing is disabled. Bookkeeping data is stored in the user's browser by default. KuyaPH does not submit filings, replace an accountant or tax professional, or guarantee that generated reports are ready for official use. Users must review outputs and file through official SEC and BIR channels.
