KuyaPH bookkeeping questions

What is KuyaPH?

KuyaPH is browser-based, local-first bookkeeping software for Philippine small businesses. It records income, expenses, assets, liabilities, equity, and the cash or account used for each transaction.

Where is bookkeeping data stored?

Bookkeeping data is stored locally in the user's browser by default. Users can choose Google Sheets sync for backup and multi-device workflows; they should also keep their own exports and backups.

Does KuyaPH file SEC or BIR forms?

No. KuyaPH helps prepare SEC GIS information, financial-statement drafts, and BIR working calculations. A user or qualified professional must review the output and file through official government channels.

How much does KuyaPH cost?

All current beta features are free while billing is disabled. The planned Premium Business price after beta is PHP 499 per month, with a free starter option also planned.
